To complete these Time Trials, you’re best off using a Hoverboard. Some of the locations will have them nearby, but you may need to bring one of your own if all the spawns are taken. Like other Time Trial challenges of the past, you’re looking for a glowing clock that looks like this. Pass through it, and you’ll be directed through the challenge course.
